Your support is greatly appreciated!!  We currently have three jerseys left over that will be sold tonight first come first served for 200.00 each.  They are not designated to any players.  They are #39L, #15XL, and 4XL.  It's a great chance to pick one up at a great price.

In a close vote, Dawson McKinney was named player of the month for January 2025.  McKinney had 8 goals and 3 assists to finish the month with 11 points.  Congratulations to Mr. McKinney!

Tyler Williams was named player of the month for December with 6 goals, 6 assists, and a +8 rating.  After a month like that it's no sureprise he was called up to the Reading Royals in the ECHL.  We wish Tyler well in the Coast.

Knoxville’s shut out win over Macon featured an incredible goal by Tyler Williams.  Williams tapped the puck back between his legs and lifted the shot over Macon’s goalie into the top shelf of the net.  The goal was featured on SportsCenter’s Top 10, with Williams’ goal earning the No. 2 spot.

Starting this Friday, December 20, the Booster Club will sponsor a raffle for a warm up jersey signed by Coach Gurskis.  Raffle tickets will be sold for $5.00 each through the date of the live auction on March 15.  The winner will be drawn and announced during the live auction.

The 2025 Knoxville Ice Bears Booster Club player calendars are here!! These feature all the current players and include an autographs page for your favorites. Come by the Booster Club table this weekend and pick one up for just $15.00. Or double your value by adding a player autographed Christmas ornamnent for an additional $15.00.

The Christmas ornament auction has been changed to a combination sale with calendars for $30.00. The sale will begin on December 20, and will continue untill all are sold. MIchelle Lopshire has made some beautiful ornaments to sell along with calendars. The players autographed the ornaments, so these should be hot. If you want one, better get there early.

The Knoxville Ice Bears and the Knoxville Ice Bears Booster Club had their annual Holiday Dinner on Sunday night. After a rendition of "Jingle Bell Rock," the boys threw a few cross checks in a rousing game of Dirty Santa. Everyone had a great time getting ready for the holidays. Our second Fanboni Ride of the season, right after the Corgi Races on Saturday, was a great topper for the Thanksgiving weekend. We hope to have available dates for future rides at the next Booster Club meeting.

Coach Tonay Vitello and the National Champion Tennessee Baseball Team were in the House on Thursday night for the Knoxville Ice Bears game v the Rail Yard Dawgs.  The game featured a 2-1 Ice Berars win and an after action Jersey Auction.

On Thursday members of the Booster Club paid a visit to the Ice Bears lockerroom to hand out this year's warm up jerseys.  These are the winning design from the Facebook fan survey.   These jerseys will be worn by the players during warm ups for the remainder of the season.  They will be auctioned on March 15.

Terri and Pat McNeese have donated 12 box seat tickets for the games on November 21 and 22. We will hold two raffles for these tickets at Friday's home game against Birmingham. Look for more details on the Booster Club Facebook page, or visit the Booster Club table at the game.

We have scheduled the Holiday Dinner with the players for December 15. This is a Member only event so sign up with the Booster Club to be able to attend. The Playoff Push Dinner is tentatively set for March 23, subject to confirmation by Coach Gurskis.

Booster Club member Jessica Wright delivered road snacks for the players Thursday before they headed to Evansville for a two game sweep! This is just one of the ways that the Club works to make Knoxville a great place to play hockey.

The Booster Club had the opportunity to provide the post game meal and meet some of the new players after the preseaon exhibition game with Huntsville on Friday Night. We can always use a few extra hands for post game activities.  Thanks to Goodness to Go for the boxed meals.

The Boster Club provided an after scrimmage meal for about 55 players and coaches in for the annual free agent camp.  Special thanks to Loretta Cravens and Jody Mullins for bringing in a nice assortment of Mexican food provided by La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant.

Even though the season hasn't started yet, the Knoxville Ice Bears Booster Club is already hard at work making the players apartments feel like home. We provide basic apartment needs such as cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies and other housekeeping needs to insure that the players are comfortable.
